Vlatko Jankuloski
Like many other IT professionals I have always wanted to work in a world renowned company. I didn’t believe that such a company existed in a small country like Macedonia until I came to Seavus. Working in Seavus has allowed me to vastly expand my knowledge in many areas of IT, work with the latest technologies, meet a lot of international experts and most importantly to become an expert in telecom billing systems. As part of Seavus I have been directly involved in working with and rendering services to many "giants" in the IT/Telecommunications industry (like Nokia, Siemens, Ericsson, Vodafone and Tele2). As I am also very fond of travelling, my work has enabled me to visit many companies and countries and expand my knowledge of the IT business in the world. The last but not least is the working atmosphere and conditions in Seavus which are a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness and are virtually identical to many of the renowned companies from Western Europe.

In the summer of 2004 during my interview a person told me: “Biserka, I have a very good opinion about you. I remember how it was said, it is still very fresh, and it was what kept me engaged with all my energy, knowledge and dedication to this day. Seavus is a company that motivates people and knows how to do it best. Seavus nurtured me and took care of my development. Seavus values its people. My aggressiveness to grow at work was noticed, supported and directed in the right way, to grow constructively. In the beginning it happened slowly but surely. The last two years changes happened while I blinked. I spoke out loud and I was heard. As someone said “The future is not some place we are going to, but one we are creating.” I was given the chance to create my own. I became a Product Manager. And here I am after almost 7 years of my engagement in Seavus, running the division I once started working in. I am a satisfied Seavus person enjoying my personal success with my Seavus family.
